I accept direct credit card payment and paypal. If an item is added to the cart but not paid for within 48 hours, the item will be relisted for sale.

Shipping from United States

I ship United States Postal Service first class mail and Priortity, Domestic and International. If you have any questions and/or would like a shipping quote, please send me a message. I am always happy to combne shipping on multiple items.

I do ship International but will not be responsible for items that go missing and never arrive. I will provide the customs or tracking number upon shipping. A scanned copy of the shipping receipt is available upon request. While I understand that some countries charge customs fees, I do not mark a package value lower than the actual value. I ship all packages fully insured for the full value.

Refunds

I will gladly refund any item you are unhappy with. I will refund you via paypal once I receive the item you would like to return.

Additional

I love to do custom orders/designs. However, due to multiple custom requests that I purchased materials for AND took time to create only to have the individual back out at the end.....I require advanced payment. If you do not like the finished piece, I will refund you 50% via paypal and list the item for sale in my shop. I will keep 50% to cover the cost of materials and time.
